Shanna Forrestall: Partner/Producer


Shanna Forrestall has been working in the film & television industry in Louisiana under the Louisiana Film Resources banner for 4+ years as a resource liaison and a product placement coordinator for projects of various budgets.


Shanna’s extensive background in marketing, advertising, publicity and project management is an asset to the team in the areas of product and project development, project marketing, event planning, budget maximization and project efficiency.


Shanna has worked closely with recent local projects like ANYTOWN, DIRTY POLITICS, a WARNER BROS. short film/music video project with artist Keanthony and many others. She has also coordinated product and logo placement with key Louisiana vendors like RAISING CANES on independent and feature films.

Shanna is currently in pre-production on with a short film entitled "Where Strippers Go to Die" with director, Ed Holuby, and a full length feature entitled "Our Lady of the Pink Pussycat."

Alicia Allain: Production Consultant

Alicia Allain has been in the film and television industry since 1990, which includes working 9 years in Los Angeles and 4 years on location in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Arkansas, and overseas in various capacities on more than 30 films.


Her credits are diverse and include such critically acclaimed films as AUTO FOCUS and BARK!, one of several Allain-produced features that played in competition at the Sundance Film Festival among others. Other completed projects include BEHIND THE SUN, COLOR OF A DREAM, LUSH, TUNA, CHOKE, and more.


Alicia was also a consultant for several companies including Mayor Holden of Baton Rouge, La. Responsibilities included mapping out the new film commission for Baton Rouge, creating budgets & grids, and performing grass roots efforts for the database.

Jason A. Waggenspack: Line Producer


Jason Waggenspack is a native of Baton Rouge, and received his B.S. in Film, Theatre and Communication Arts from the University of New Orleans. He has 9 years of industry experience working with companies such as Paramount Pictures, IMG, Swift River, GMC, Pontiac, Chevrolet, Mojo Tooth Productions, G3 Films, Quat Media, Planet Beach, Yellowtail, WDSU and many others. Jason’s skill set and talents range from Producer, Co-Director, Line Producer, UPM, Editor, and Camera Operator to Production Assistant. He has been involved in projects such as THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON, FATHER OF INVENTION, FLIP MAVENS, HENRY ROLLINS UNCUT FROM NEW ORLEANS, PUZZLE VISION, GIRLS GONE GANGSTA, and ANGELS DIE SLOWLY. In 2007 Jason founded Neutral Ground Films LLC and has since produced pilots for two series set in New Orleans: the sit-com BELOW SEA LEVEL and the spaghetti western A MAN CALLED TROUBLE, as well as many other projects. In 2008 he joined 9th Ward Studios, a partnership to rehabilitate the oldest standing film studio and sound stage in New Orleans.

Jason Buch:Development Executive


Jason D. Buch is a writer/producer/director based out of New Orleans, LA. He received his B.S. in Computer Science in 1999 from the University of South Florida and his M.F.A. in Film, Theatre and Communications Arts, with a focus on Screenwriting, in May of 2008 from the University of New Orleans. Jason served as an Associate Producer on the 2007 Telly award winning PBS documentary AMERICAN CREOLE: NEW ORLEANS REUNION, as a Producer on AIR RACERS – a multi-screen, multimedia experience for the Louisiana State Museum, and as an Associate Producer on the recent Louisiana Public Broadcasting Co-production HARVEST TO RESTORE. In addition, he has worked in various positions on films ranging in size from independent short films and documentaries to $80-million action movies, including many of his own projects. During his time at UNO, Jason served as an instructor teaching Introduction to Screenwriting. He currently has several scripts in development.
Sean Donnelly: Production Supervisor


Sean began his film career in 1992 at the InterTalent Agency. After leaving the Agency side in 1996, Sean met up with Alicia Allain at PROPAGANDA FILMS and coordinated two independent films and worked closely with her on a Paul Schrader film starring Greg Kinnear and Willem Dafoe.

In 2003 Sean worked with the writers for LA DRAGNET and then worked with Show Runners to help them create several ideas including NBC’s SURFACE.


In 2006 Sean was asked to join PARAMOUNT VANTAGE films as a Studio Production Coordinator, working closely with crews from THERE WILL BE BLOOD, NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN, INTO THE WILD among others. Sean then joined Paramount Vantage's Post Department as it's Coordinator and worked directly with the VP of Post.

Sean is now a Production Supervisor with Louisiana Film Resources, operating as a Los Angeles liaison.
